Following the high interest and large attendances at our free Rowing Taster Sessions over the past four weeks we have decided to continue to offer a number of introductory sessions alongside our other training sessions. This weekend sessions will be on Saturday 15th September 2.00 pm (mainly seniors but juniors also welcome) and Sunday 16th September 10.00am and 12.00 noon (Junior and adult beginners)  If you intend to come please let Andrea or Steve know in advance by email (see contacts page) to allow us to gauge numbers coming. Located at one of the largest and most scenic lakes in the South West, we are a friendly club catering for all ages and abilities from beginners to regional and national standard.

Rowing is one of the finest forms of exercise for all round fitness, suited equally to men and women, and youngsters aged from around 12 and above. No experience necessary - just be able to swim. Free coaching provided by qualified coaches.
Why not come and try it at one of the above summer introductory sessions, and/or our regular evening or weekend training sessions.
